Susan Gerke is the president of Gerke Consulting & Development and "helps people work better, together." Susan has been in business since 1998 following 21 years working for IBM. She was a manager for IBM as well as a technical support representative and a management and leadership development professional.
Susan's focus since 1989 has been in designing,
customizing and implementing leadership and teamwork programs meeting the needs of executives, managers, and employees in a wide number of companies and industries.
Her clients include Bank of the West, BHK Accountancy, Cal State University at Fullerton, Cisco, City of Anaheim, Orange Coast College and Warner Bros.
Susan has been working with remote leaders and teams since 1995 helping them learn to be more effective. She has been a remote worker herself since 1989 and a leader of people at a distance at least half that time.

While working for IBM, Susan was the practice leader for the subject area of teams. In that role, she co-developed several workshops for team leaders and team members. She continues to work with clients in both team building and team development. And she often speaks on the topic of teams.

Susan will be speaking at Chapman University's Leadership Now! program on this topic July 8 at the Irvine campus.
Susan has worked with clients implementing mentoring systems since
1998. As part of this project, Susan can deliver the appropriate training,
or train your key individuals to deliver that training.

International Conference - August 6 in Dallas, Texas. Her topic is
"The Time in Your Life
Interaction Styles and Time Dynamics."
